Semi detached house setting with garden area. Adapted to suit people with a disability. Lift to upper floor (two ensuite bedrooms and office area) Lounge, kitchen, toilet and one ensuite room on the ground floor. All rooms equipped with electronic door openers, televisions and CD players. The ground floor room and one bedroom on the upper floor have track and hoists fitted and the third bedroom has use of a portable hoist. There is a sprinkler system throughout the house.
