Staff unhelpful, cant move round the shop easily, if you are in a wheel chair you have no chance, I am a big lady and had to breath in just to get around the whole shop, as one person said "cant swing a cat around in here". If there was a fire you would be trapped! Uniforms were far to high up to reach, the floor stands were far to close to each other, creating the scene of everything coming in on, The feeling of claustrophobic, causing unnecessary anxiety, panic attack, stress, disappointment, the list could go on, staff weren't bothered when complaints were made, they were only interested in the ringing of the till, you might if you were lucky get a member of staff , reach for an item for you.. Its the only school shop in town, else I would have gone somewhere!
