Daybreaks

The One to One Day Care Service is for older people (65+), including people in the early stages of dementia, and provides a weekly contact with a carer who has been carefully matched with the service user. The carer will support the person to go out and about in the community or will visit them at home if housebound.The Small Group Day Care Service is also for older people (65+), including older people in the early stages of dementia. Carers with suitable accommodation are recruited, assessed, trained, supported and matched with a second support carer.
