Lovely venue which can easily fill a day for all ages and abilities!
As a carer who visits for days out during summer, I have never known anyone not enjoy their time at East Park. A lovely family park with beautiful surroundings.
The animals are all friendly & visitor can interact with most. The cages & fields are all at a level so that everyone can see them through gaps in the fencing.
The play park is interactive with climbing frames, trampolines, swings (including one for wheelchair users), a zip wire & much more.
There is a bike hire for carers & service users, they have a huge range of bike for all ages and abilities.
The Cafe is usually very busy but for those who prefer quieter surroundings there are plenty of places to sit around the park. The staff are all friendly and helpful.
Brilliant wheelchair access, can get tiring for the carer as walking/biking the whole park takes effort.
