True American Diner experience
Five Guys has great, true american style burgers that a cooked from fresh. The Salted Caramel Milkshake is to die for. The staff are helpful and brought my food to the table when I asked without hesitation. The layout is open plan and there is more than enough space for a wheelchair to get around comfortably, with places to sit. The music I found to be a bit loud, which could be a problem for someone with sensory impairments, but personally it was a pleasant experience.. That was until I had to use the bathroom, which are down a set of steep winding stairs, that I found difficult. I looked for a disabled toilet and as far as I could see this was not a consideration, or at the very least it was not sign posted. This is why Five Guys is only getting three stars as I find that it is a massive oversight and accessibility requirement.
