    LifeCare Outreach Service

    Outreach service operates Monday to Friday from 9am - 5.30pm with visits of 2 hours minimum. When people struggle to get out and about on their own, who enjoy company and who may feel isolated and alone but would like to do something different. This also provides respite for carers from their caring duties. We hope to help people live life as normally as they can.
