Pleasance Day Centre offers support to older people with dementia, mental health, learning and or physical disability or with mobility problems. We aim to support people stay independant, our staff offer a full range of care, support and day activities designed to maintain skills and build self-reliance. OUr facility is purpose built and offers a service Monday to Friday - we can also offer an outreach service.
