An excellent hotel ..recommended
This Premier Inn Hotel is situated about 2miles from Harrogate Town Centre but is easy to reach and free parking for Disabled Customers at the rear of the premises.
Easy access to the reception area is all on the level and my accessible bedroom was located on the ground floor with easy access. I understand there are extra accessible rooms upstairs which are easily reached by lift, but I would ring and check this out before booking. Parts of the hotel are showing wear and tear but it is up for re-furbishing so check exactly what is on offer before booking.
There is also level access to an excellent restaurant/bar.
The bedroom was very comfortable and the bathroom accommodated my wheelchair easily. Bed height is normally set for wheelchair transfer but if you need extra height you can ask for the bed raisers to be fitted.
Reception staff were extremely helpful and pleasant.
