Over all, the shopping centre is spacious although can be crowded and very busy, especially at this time of year due to Christmas shoppers. However, there are several ramps and lifts available as well as toilet facilities with extra space and railings. The centre staff are all friendly.
The Ted Baker store can be quite cramped and narrow, however there is enough room for a wheelchair/scooter. Some items can be hung pretty high up (eg bags or long dresses), but the staff are friendly, approachable and more than happy to help with assisting you with viewing products.
There is only one wheelchair accessible fitting room, but it is spacious with extra railings and less disorientating than the rest of the fitting rooms. Sometimes, on weekends I understand it can get pretty busy and it can be a slight wait for an accessible fitting room for those with wheelchairs/mobility scooters, as it is used for all members of the public during busy periods.
