Nhamtok Project aims to support girls from black and minority ethnic communities aged between 10-14 yrs and who have caring responsibilities for someone in their family. We can help by offering group support where girls can:Have a regular short break from caringMeet other BME girls who are carers and develop friendshipsShare their thoughts and feelings in a place where they feel included, listened to and respectedTake part in arts and crafts, games, outdoor activities and visit new placesRelax and have fun in a safe space
